165.02 PURPOSE.

The purpose of the Committee shall be to research and review the availabilities of certain grant monies to assist in the renewal of the City infrastructure and to determine the availability of low interest loans or other monies for the purpose of assisting low income homeowners in the repair and maintenance of their homes.
