145.02 LANDSCAPING, MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT OF PARKS.

The Park Board shall landscape any or all parks they deem necessary and advisable, and they shall plan for the permanent improvement, maintenance and care of any and all parks belonging to the Municipality, to be accomplished over a period of years.
