131.01 SIGNATORY DESIGNEE FOR FORMS AND DOCUMENTS RELATED TO OHIO EPA.
   (a)   The position of Mayor of the City shall be and is hereby designated as signatory designee.
 
   (b)   The Mayor shall be and is hereby authorized to sign all forms and documents associated with applying for financial assistance to the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
