Section 9.02 REGULAR MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS.

The primary elections and regular municipal elections for all elected offices of the Municipality and for issues to be presented to the voters, shall be held on the dates and at the times fixed by the election laws of Ohio for general statutory plan cities, except as otherwise provided in this Charter.
