(A) A consise summary of each ordinance and resolution enacted shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation within the Municipality; provided that the Council may require, by a motion adopted by a majority vote of its members, that the full text of any ordinance or resolution shall be so published as provided in this Division.
(B) The failure to publish or an error in the publication of an ordinance or resolution as required by Division (A) of this Section shall not invalidate the ordinance or resolution, and in such event the Clerk of Council shall publish such ordinance or resolution at a later date.
