PREAMBLE

In order that we may have the benefits of municipal home rule and exercise all of the powers of local self-government conferred under the Constitution and Statutes of the State of Ohio. We, the citizens of the Municipality of Wauseon, Ohio, do hereby adopt this Charter for our Municipality.
