377.06 LICENSING REQUIREMENTS.

No person who does not hold a valid, current motor vehicle driver’s or commercial driver’s license, or a valid, current driver’s license issued by another jurisdiction, shall operate a low-speed vehicle, an under-speed vehicle, a utility vehicle, or a mini-truck, upon any street or highway. (Ord. 2016-16. Passed 12-29-17.)
