377.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to impose certain restrictions on the operation of low speed, under-speed, utility, and mini-truck vehicles in accordance with Sections 4511.214 and 4511.215 of the Ohio Revised Code. (Ord. 2016-16. Passed 12-29-17.)
