(a) The Ohio Building Codes - OAC 4101:1 (Building Code); OAC 4101:2 (Mechanical Code); OAC 4101:3 (Plumbing Code) - are hereby adopted as the Building Code of the City for non-residential structures.
(b) The Building Code is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out in length herein. All construction of non-residential buildings within the City must comply with the provisions of this Code.
(c) Any penalty set forth within the Ohio Building Code is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference herein.
