1303.11 APPEALS FROM DECISIONS OF THE BOARD.
   Any person affected by any decision of the Board in connection with the enforcement of any provisions of this chapter, or whenever it is claimed that the true intent or meaning of this chapter or any other regulations thereunder have been misconstrued or wrongly interpreted, the owner or his duly authorized agent, may appeal from the decision of the Board to the Zoning Board of Appeals within fifteen days after such order or decision.
   (a)   To appeal any decision of the Board, a person must pay the required fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) and file with the Code Administrator and the Board of Zoning Appeals a notice of appeal on forms approved by the Code Administrator and specifying the grounds for the appeal. The Code Administrator shall forthwith transmit to the Board of Zoning Appeals all documents upon which the action appealed was taken.
   (b)   The Board of Zoning Appeals shall hear such appeals within thirty days after filing the notice of appeal.
   (c)   The decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be rendered within thirty days after the hearing. All decisions of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be promptly served upon the person making the appeal or their legal representative by certified mail.
   (d)   Any individual making an appeal may file an appeal from the decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals by filing a written complaint within the Court of Common Pleas of Fulton County, Ohio pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code 2506.01 et seq. Appeals from the decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals must be filed with the Court of Common Pleas within seven days after the Board of Zoning Appeals render its decision.
