(a) The Board shall consist of one member of the Wauseon City Council, one member within the district holding a valid membership in the Wauseon Chamber of Commerce, one member of the Wauseon Planning Commission (or a member designated by the Wauseon Planning Commission) and two citizens at large.
(b) All members should have a demonstrated interest in the District, and experience or knowledge in history, historic preservation, architecture, or related disciplines that help to promote the viability of the District.
(c) At least two of such members shall be preservation-related professionals members to the extent such members are available to serve (this shall include the professions of architecture, history, planning, or related fields).
