(a) The following recreational facilities within the City shall be closed daily at 12:00 midnight: all lighted ball fields; the tennis courts, swimming pools and basketball courts at Reighard Park; and Biddle Park. (Ord. 2013-8. Passed 10-7-13.)
(b) All other public parks and recreational facilities within the City shall be closed to the public daily at 10:00 p.m.

(c) No person, without authority or permit granted and issued by the City, or its lawful authorities, shall do any of the following in any of the public parks or recreational facilities beyond the prescribed daily closing hour:
(1) Enter or be found in or remain in any of the parks or recreational facilities.
(2) Park a motor vehicle, leave a motor vehicle parked, or camp in any of the public parks or recreational facilities.
