If for any reason any one or more sections, sentences, clauses or parts of Chapters 1301.01 et seq., including any provision of the Code adopted pursuant thereto, shall be held to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remaining provisions of said Chapter or the Code which shall remain in fill force and effect as if the offending provision did not exist.
