The Building Official is hereby granted rule making authority to promulgate such rules and regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance or the CABO One-, Two-, and Three-Family Dwelling Code which will assist the Building Official in establishing policies, guidelines and procedures for the enforcement of the Building Code as adopted, within CABO guidelines.
