1140.05 PAVING REQUIREMENTS FOR APPROACHES AND PARKING LOTS.

(a) Approaches to driveways within any district in the City of Wauseon shall be paved with either six inches of concrete or six inches of stone and two inches of asphalt.

(b) All off-street parking in R1, R2, R3, R4, MH-1, B1, B2, and B3 districts shall be constructed with any of the following:

(1) Asphalt

(2) Concrete

(3) Other hard dustless surface as approved by the Planning Commission.
