(a) A permit shall be obtained for the construction of a pond or lake from the City of Wauseon. The Planning Commission shall review all permits before actual construction of the pond or lake.
(b) New ponds or lakes shall have a minimum setback of fifty feet from abutting property lines and one hundred feet front yard set back. The pond or lake will be properly maintained and adhere to the Ohio Department of Health, Chapter 3710.28, on ponds and lakes and Fulton County Health Department Regulations. Abandoned ponds and lakes shall be the responsibility of the property owner.
