(a) Manufacturing of acid, derivatives, ammunition, cement, chlorine, gelatine and the distillation of wood, coal and other distillers;
(b) Natural gas and oil petroleum wells;
(c) The blending, mixing and packaging of disinfectants, fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, ink, soap, detergents and related household and industrial chemical compounds, but excluding the manufacture of primary chemicals or chemical compounds;
(d) Making of ferrous metal and metal alloy products from brass, pewter, tin, lead or aluminum and the smelting or founding of such materials;
(e) The development of natural resources, including the extraction of sand, gravel, fill, dirt, topsoil and stone;
(f) Any junkyard which is effectively screened on all sides by means of walls, fences or plantings. Walls or fences shall be a minimum of ten feet in height with no advertising thereon. In lieu of such walls or fence, a strip of land not less than fifteen feet in width and planted and maintained with an evergreen hedge or dense planting of evergreen shrubs not less than eight feet in height may be substituted. Storage of materials shall not exceed the height of the screening.
