(a) A concept plan developed in compliance with the Ohio Basic Building Code shall accompany each development in a B-4 Community Mixed Use.
(b) The concept plan, by use of maps and/or narratives shall describe the applicant's proposed distribution of the land uses by type and location. The location of any residences that are a component of the project must be described. Proposed uses that may involve potential hazardous or regulated materials shall be noted on the plan.
(c) The concept plan being submitted is subject to the approval of the City of Wauseon
