The developer shall pay to the City of Wauseon fees as defined in the table below for the applicable items requested. All fees shall be submitted with the appropriate application forms and required copies of supporting documentation. No actions shall commence by the City of Wauseon prior to the receipt of the required fees.

Inspection fees of not less than 5% of the estimated cost of construction, as determined by the City, shall be paid to the City prior to commencing construction for the City to provide construction observation. All testing services shall be at the direct expense of the developer.
