(a) The lot arrangement and design shall be such that all lots provide satisfactory and desirable building sites, property related to topography and the character of the surrounding development.
(b) All side lines of lots shall be at right angles to straight street lines and radial to curved street lines except where a variation to this rule provides a better street and lot layout. Lots with double frontage shall be avoided.
(c) No lot shall have less area or width than is required by the zoning regulations applying to the area in which it is located.
(d) No single or multi-family residential lot shall have a depth-to-width ratio greater than 3 to 1.
(e) All lots within new developments shall be served by public sanitary and storm sewers and water supply mains.
(f) No corner lot shall have width at the building line of less than seventy-five feet.
(g) No parcel of real estate shall be divided or subdivided unless all parcels existing after said division have a minimum of fifty feet of frontage on a dedicated right-of-way.
