1107.05 EASEMENTS.
   (a)   All plans submitted for approval shall provide easements for basic public services including storm and sanitary sewers, gas, water or other mains, telephone lines, electric lines, and such other utilities as deemed necessary by the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission may require easements along or across lots where necessary for the extension of main sewers or other utilities or where both water and sewer lines are located in the same easement.
   (b)   All easements shall conform to the minimum dimensions as provided in the table below. The Planning Commission may require greater widths if deemed necessary.

   (c)   No telephone, cable, fiber optic cable, or electric service shall be located within the City right of way, unless such telephone, cable, fiber optic cable, or electric services are enclosed within conduit and installed with warning tape placed above the service line installed. The requirement for the use of conduits shall extend to all instances where such telephone, cable, fiber optic cable, or electric services cross a public right-of-way.
