(a) The width of rights-of-way and pavements, as measured from the back of curb, for the various classifications of streets within the City of Wauseon, shall conform with the following table:

(b) Half Streets. Dedication of half-streets shall be discouraged. Where there exists a dedicated or platted half-street or alley adjacent to the tract being subdivided, the other half shall be platted if deemed necessary.
(c) Alleys. Alleys shall only be permitted within the central business district so as to provide access to the rear of buildings for utilities, deliveries and parking. Dead-end alleys shall not be permitted.
(d) Cul-de-sacs. Cul-de-sacs shall have a minimum right-of-way measured as the back of curb radius, plus ten feet. A five-foot sidewalk easement shall be provided adjacent to the right-of-way. Cul-de-sacs shall be not less than sixty feet in radius as measured to the back of curb and center islands measuring thirty-three in radius to the back of curb shall be required in residential developments, but not permitted in commercial or industrial developments.
