933.09 REVENUES.

Revenues generated through user charges levied pursuant to this section shall be placed in the Water Revenue Fund. Except for monies received as a result of the surcharge as set forth in Section 933.06(b), such funds shall be used to offset all operations, maintenance, replacement and/or debt charges as well as the cost for billings.
