905.04 ACCEPTANCE OF NEW STREETS.
   (a)   At such time as a certificate of completion is issued by the Code Administrator pursuant to Section 1107.12 of the Codified Ordinances, such fact shall be communicated to the Clerk of Council. The Clerk of Council shall place before Council the fact that the street has been inspected and approved by the Code Administrator and the Public Service Director. Council shall at its next meeting by motion accept the improvements within said road right of way and the City shall assume ownership thereof.
 
   (b)   Nothing in this section shall be construed as limiting the warranty given on the infrastructure by a subdivider .
