(a) Each residential dwelling serviced by the bidder hereinafter provided shall use refuse tags provided by the franchisee and imprinted "City of Wauseon". There will be a service charge to the citizens for each tag, the amount thereof to be established by Council. The minimum purchase shall be twenty tags.
(b) All properly tied, placed and tagged thirty gallon refuse bags or twenty gallon cans shall be collected. No other form of residential refuse and garbage collection shall be provided by the City. (Ord. 1997-13. Passed 5-5-97.)
