(a) Any police officer who finds a juvenile violating any provisions of this chapter shall obtain information from the juvenile as to his or her name, address, age and the name and address of his or her parent or parents, guardian, or adult person in charge of the juvenile. The officer, at his option, may take the juvenile to the Police Department and notify his or her parents, guardian, or adult person in charge of the juvenile to come to the Police Department and take personal charge of the juvenile or may instruct the juvenile to proceed directly to his or her home. The juvenile and the parents, guardian or adult person in charge of such juvenile shall be given a warning for the first violation of this chapter.
(b) Any parent, guardian or adult person in charge of a juvenile who violates any provision of this chapter after having received a notice of a prior violation is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(c) Any operator of an establishment and any agent or employee or any operator who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(d) Each violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
(e) Any juvenile who violates any provision of this chapter is included in the definition of an unruly child under Ohio R.C. 2151.022 and after the first warning shall be held for the juvenile authorities for proper disposition.
