(a) No owner of any business shall fail to cause any person who smokes in a non- smoking area to be immediately informed of the existence of this chapter.
(b) Any person who observes a violation of this chapter may file a complaint with the Wauseon Code Administrator.
(c) Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, any resident of the City of Wauseon may bring an action to enforce the terms and conditions of this chapter.
(d) Failure to abide by the terms and conditions of this chapter is hereby declared to be a nuisance. The City is authorized to bring any action it deems appropriate to abate the nuisance caused by the violation of this chapter.
