(a) No person shall allow for the interment of the dead within the corporate limits of the City of Wauseon other than in existing cemeteries.
(b) Any person who violates these provisions shall be subject to a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) and imprisonment not to exceed six months. Additionally, any person convicted of a violation of this section, shall have assessed as part of the court costs of the action, the costs of having the interred body removed and buried outside the limits of the City of Wauseon.
