(a) No person shall harbor or keep a hive or hives of bees within the Municipality.
(b) This section shall not apply to persons engaged in the field of education where such hive or hives are not used for any commercial purpose but solely for educational purposes.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day that a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense hereunder.
