505.14 EXCREMENT REMOVAL.

(a) No owner, keeper, harborer or custodian of any animal within the City shall allow such animal to void excrement upon the property of another unless the excrement is removed from the property of another within thirty minutes after its deposit.

(b) Whoever violates this provision shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
