(a) No person shall park any vehicle in any Municipal Parking Lot between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. without prior approval of the Police Department.

(b) No person shall park any vehicle in a Municipal Parking Lot for more than forty-eight continuous hours.
(c) No person shall park an unlicensed, inoperative, or junked vehicle, whether on a trailer or otherwise, in any of the Municipal Parking Lots at any time without first obtaining a permit from the Police Department.
