351.14 PARKING COMMERCIAL VEHICLES PROHIBITED ON RESIDENTIAL STREETS.
   (a)   As used in this section, "residential streets" means those parts, portions and sections of streets within the corporate limits of the Municipality, which are faced on either or both sides by private residences.
 
   (b)   No person shall park a school bus, commercial tractor, agricultural tractor, truck of more than one ton capacity, bus, trailer, semi-trailer, pole trailer, moving van, motor home, travel trailer, or any vehicle weighing more than 7,000 pounds on any residential street.
 
   (c)   This section does not apply to the parking of such vehicles for the purposes of loading or unloading, or making a service call. In such cases, parking of such vehicles shall be permitted only for such a period of time as is reasonable and necessary to complete the unloading, loading, or service call.
 
   (d)   Whoever violates this provision shall be subject to a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00).
 
   (e)   Any vehicle found in violation of this section may be towed to a storage facility. The vehicle shall only be released upon payment of the storage and towing fee.
