(a) No person shall employ an engine brake, exhaust brake or other device, commonly known as “jake brake”, when operating a motor vehicle upon a street or highway within the Municipality.
(b) These provisions shall not apply to emergency vehicles.
(c) Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
