4-2-4: KEEPING, MAINTAINING PLACE OF SALE IN VIOLATION OF LAWS:
It is unlawful for any person to keep, maintain or aid or abet in keeping or maintaining, in the City a place where alcohol is manufactured, sold, bartered, given away or otherwise furnished in violation of this Code. (Ord. 09102018-02, 9-10-2018, eff. 10-1-2018)
