10-11-1-5: INVALIDITY OF A PART:

In case any portion of this chapter shall be held to be invalid or unconstitutional, the remainder of the Ordinance shall not thereby by invalid, but shall remain in full force and effect. (Ord. 10112021-08, 10-11-2021; amd. Ord. 06132022-13, 6-13-2022)
