3-3-4: PURPOSE OF REVENUES:
It is hereby declared to be the purpose of this chapter to provide revenues for the support of the functions of the City government, and any and all revenues derived hereunder may be expended by the City Commission for any purpose for which funds may be lawfully expended and authorized. (2007 Code § 1-127)
