7-7-8: SERVICE IMPOUND FEE:
Any vehicle impounded pursuant to municipal ordinances and/or violations of state law, tribal code and/or federal law shall be subject to a service impound fee. The service impound fee amount shall be set forth by Resolution. (Ord. 01092023-01, 1-9-2023)
