4-5-8: APPEAL:
The license applicant shall have the right to appeal a denial of a license by the City Manager to the Board of City Commissioners by filing a written notice of appeal with the City Clerk within ten days of the denial of the license application. (Ord. 05092022-12, 5-9-2022)
