4-5-1: DEFINITION:
   A.   For the purpose of this division, the term "amusement events" includes:
      1.   Concerts.
      2.   Swap meets.
      3.   Fairs.
      4.   Festivals.
      5.   Carnivals.
      6.   Motor vehicle events.
      7.   Other similar outdoor events or enterprises that are anticipated to draw So or more participants and spectators combined.
   B.   An enterprise or event shall be deemed to be an "outdoor" enterprise or event if all or a majority of the event or enterprise will be held outdoors. (Ord. 05092022-12, 5-9-2022)
