The Board shall schedule a minimum of two (2) meetings in a manner consistent with the Oklahoma Open Meetings act; and shall include a public hearing portion by which members of the community may address the Charter Review Board. At the end of each meeting, the Chairperson will ask for a vote and approval of recommended changes to the Charter, and/or to move the review to the next portion or subject matter of the Charter, as appropriate. City staff shall keep the minutes of each meeting, including any recommendations to the Board of City Commissioners. (Ord. 11082021-10, 11-8-2021)
