There is hereby created a Charter Review Board, consisting of five (5) members who shall be appointed by the City Manager subject to the approval of the majority of the Board of City Commissioners. The Charter Review Board shall be convened when called by the City Manager, but no less than every ten years. Each member's appointment shall conclude upon the Board of City Commissioner's receipt of the Committee's written report with proposed changes. Charter Review Board members shall receive no compensation for their services on the Board and shall reside within the Independent School District #23, Jefferson County, Oklahoma.
