2-3-2: RESPONSIBILITIES; RULES AND REGULATIONS:
   A.   Advisory Responsibilities: The Library Board shall have advisory responsibilities for the management of the Municipal Library in the City.
   B.   Library Operation Rules And Regulations: The Library Board may make all necessary rules and regulations for the operation, care and management of the Municipal Library, subject to approval and enactment by the City Commission. (2007 Code § 1-44)
