2-1-6: OFFICERS; LEGAL COUNSEL:

A. Officers: The board shall elect annually from its voting members, a Chairman and Vice Chairman, and shall also appoint a Secretary who may, but need not be, a voting member of said board.

B. Legal Counsel: The City Attorney shall serve as ex officio legal counsel for said board. (2007 Code § 1-39; amd. Ord. 01082024-01, 1-8-2024)
