2-1-5: MEETINGS:
The board shall schedule at least eleven (11) regular meetings each year, the date and time of which shall be determined by said board, but other meetings may be held at any time by said board or upon the call of the City Manager, Mayor or the City Commission, consistent with the requirements of the State Open Meetings Act. (2007 Code § 1-39)
