A. Board Created: There is hereby created the Waurika Depot Preservation Advisory Board to be composed of nine (9) citizens who are qualified electors of the City. The Mayor may also appoint up to thirteen (13) honorary members (nonvoting), without the confirmation of the City Commission.
B. Appointment; Terms: Board members shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Commission; the members first appointed shall serve for terms of one, two (2), and three (3) years, to be designated by the Mayor in groups of three (3), and thereafter upon the expiration of their respective terms, their successors shall be appointed for terms of three (3) years.
