A. Form Of Warrant: Except as may otherwise be provided in this Code, upon the filing of a complaint, approved by the endorsement of the City Attorney or by the Municipal Judge, there shall be issued a warrant of arrest in substantially the following form:

B. Execution Of Warrants: It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police to execute such warrant as promptly as possible, either: 1) personally, 2) through a duly constituted member of the police force of the City, or 3) through any other person lawfully authorized to act. (2007 Code § 11-21)
