A. Three (3) copies of all of the codes referenced in section 10-1-1 of this chapter adopted by the City are on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
B. From the effective date hereof, the provisions of said codes, as herein modified, shall be controlling in those areas set forth hereinabove, within the corporate limits of the City.
C. Whenever any provision of any of those model construction codes adopted by this chapter conflict with this Code, the latter provisions shall govern. (2007 Code § 4-3; amd. 2019 Code)
