9-2-1: MUNICIPAL UTILITY SYSTEMS:
   A.   The City provides water, sewer and solid waste services for the residents of the City.
   B.   Water and sewer services are operated through the Waurika Public Works Authority, a Municipal Trust of which the City is the beneficiary; said trust shall have control over the operation, maintenance and administration of said systems and services. Solid waste collection and disposal is the responsibility of the City. (2007 Code § 16-1)
