A. Operation Under Public Works Authority: The Municipal Golf Course will be operated under Waurika Public Works Authority.
B. Motor Vehicles: It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicles to be used in or upon said golf course or facilities, except in those areas designated (by markings or signs) as roadways, driveways, cart paths or parking areas, within said park areas or facilities.
C. Damage Or Destruction Of City Equipment Or Property: It shall be unlawful for any person or group of persons to damage, remove, deface or destroy any equipment or property owned by the City located within said golf course or facilities.
D. Hours: It shall be unlawful for any person or group of persons to enter the golf course property before or after normal operating hours. Hours will be posted at the golf course clubhouse.
E. Payment Of Fees:
1. It shall be unlawful to utilize the services of the golf course without having first paid all fees.
2. All fees will be set by resolution. (2007 Code § 16-101)
