A. Any owner or occupant who fails, refuses or neglects to trim trees and shrubbery as provided in section 8-1-2 of this chapter, after receiving ten (10) days' notice from the Chief of Police to do so, shall be guilty of an offense.
B. Any violation of this chapter shall be deemed an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the limits established in section 1-10-21 of this Code. Every day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. (2007 Code § 17-100)
